I was thinking mainly of the US.

Louisiana has a huge black population. I haven't seen any evidence of black people harboring resentment against white people in general in the Shreveport area, and it was a major Confederate stronghold during the Civil War.

OK, just to recap:

1) We've had a Chinese virus cripple the global economy and bring modern society,
as we know it, to its knees.

2) There's currently a double-bill of domestic terror groups running rough-shod over
the ENTIRE country while dictating an outrageous list of demands not only to local law
enforcement but to the state and federal governments. ALL WHILE destroying public AND
private property, shuttering AND burning down businesses not to even mention getting away
with nearly EVERY SINGLE ACT unpunished.

3) People are losing their shit, country-wide, as the above two "gifts that keep on giving"
set the stage for a "no end in sight" scenario with daily record-breaking virus cases being
reported in the same footprint of an "any minute now" civil uprising/race war.

4) And now, like shit couldn't get any MORE retarded, Kanye Fucking West is running for President??
