Only 3:40 in and I like it, hopefully it doesn't get ultra-ghaiey. Doubtful I'll make the whole hour.

Around the 10:00 mark, it starts getting sexy as cheesecake after midnight. Chocolate or strawberry.
Anything else is just wrong. And you know it.

So, apparently there's more of these, haha. Giving this one a try. 3:09 in and I'm not super enthused but there's time... OK, 3:50 - I'm slowly becoming more interested. : )

At the 40m mark of the last post - and if I didn't know any better I would swear the people

The last one, post #351, eeeh, it was so-so. Meaning about half of it was good or worthy
of a second listen. I'm hoping this next one fares better.

3:33... The musical 'breakdown' in "Music and Lights" has to be one of the absolute greatest of all-time. Searching for this song, I just found out that there's a non-extended mix, it has a 3:40 runtime... It cuts off just before this absolutely amazing damn near extra 2 minutes of pure gold even takes place. Unthinkable. Imagination was a great band, certainly more than a one hit wonder situation... Three hit wonder, I guess. I remember when I first found them and for a short time I thought the lead singer was female! Such a perfect voice. Those last 2 minutes of that song... It's just one of the greatest songs of all time, bottom line. I actually made my own music video for it too, around like 2011... I didn't only want to post that one though, as it could be removed at any time, so I found the extended version from an official source. This song, along with "Just An Illusion" and "Flashback" will forever remind me of my ~2009 era, 18 hr. day benders playing World of Warcraft when I very first discovered the game... It's fascinating how different the various generations' memories associated with these classic tunes are. Life is something else. |
