I really do feel that Biden may be the single most perfect example of how politicians are merely puppets, and how presidents actually have no power.

I think it's interesting in and of itself that the idea of the cold war being staged for the world by Russia and the USA doesn't get much traction. As far as whacky conspiracy theories go, that one is borderline reasonable.
