That's a therapy-hour. If you can't hammer it out in 55 ticks
then you need to get a better grasp on your subject matter.

Obviously, there are some exceptions. But mostly, anything over an hour
is taking advantage.

The only reason people livestream is for audience interaction in hopes of getting superchats.

I feel like a lot of people who don't REALLY wanna do it are doing it just for that reason.

I just personally don't like the live format, something doesn't feel right about it.

It must come down to preference and individual personality and stuff like that.

My guess is just like anything else in life, some people prefer some things and other people prefer other things.

I can't see myself ever livestreaming.

But I do dig the idea of the premiered videos where you can watch the video together and chat with the audience at the same time...

I never enjoy livestreams where the streamers are actually interacting (in voice, looking hard at the screen, etc.) with people in the chat. It's quite distracting. I've always felt that way about it.

There are great things about livestreaming, I am definitely not saying I hate it in general, that'd just be silly.

I def think it's distracting and not that enjoyable to watch a streamer scowling at the monitor in order to read and respond to comments.

It's interesting that the different platforms have such a different feel to them. A youtube livestream feels like a special occasion. "20k sub celebration", or whatever. Whereas on twitch, it's just another day in front of the camera. It's more or less the same thing as a YT live stream, just with a different looking UI.

I feel like there should be more live type situations where people can watch a movie or series together and hang out live. I guess Dischord has that feature.

Dischord -- which i fucking hate being on without hating the technology (because, even though I like occasionally playing something, I find the average gamer personality to be such a fucking draining void of anything vaguely interesting; purgatory levels of bleak) -- at least allows people to talk together live, in voice, and share links, videos and so forth in common chat. And you can still maintain a sense of who "the star of the show" is, because generally it's their server and they send out the invites.

I just realized I was misspelling Discord because I'm so used to seeing it as Dischord Records. Great label.

I feel like if you're gonna go with 'suckasswebsite' as a domain name, you need to roll with a TLD other than .com, like .club

.gay or .fail are also legit options.
