That's like the one thing I'm bafflingly not great at.
I made a pork loin roast in the crock pot last week. It turned out dry, so I shredded it and put it in the skillet with some barbecue sauce. It makes good burritos.
A double boiler is great for steaming tortillas. Just use the bottom pot and steam basket with a little bit of water in bottom. It makes the tortillas stretchy so they don't tear when you roll the burrito.
