So I went to bed with stained hands from dyeing clothes...

And when I woke up, the staining was all but gone.

How the fuck?

How does staining on my hands disappear while I'm asleep, not really moving, presumably not doing anything??

I'm fairly certain I've had similar experiences to this in the past.

But I'm asking questions and connecting dots now because too much shit like this goes undiscussed and unnoted in life and it's time we start recording ALL our experiences in depth no matter how small or seemingly insignificant so we can figure out WHAT the FUCK is the deal with life!!!

Ah, I remember one similar thing I've noticed...

Going to sleep with makeup on.

Particularly eye makeup.

Now this one makes A LOT more sense especially considering how I sleep, with my face all up in a cuddlepillow.

But it's still SLIGHTLY perplexing because makeup is hard as fuck to get off, that's kind of the entire point of it.

As we sleep, we're not really moving, RIGHT? So how is it that makeup ALL BUT DISAPPEARS while we're asleep?

How are we smearing our faces into pillowcases hard enough and with enough sustain to remove makeup over the course of the night?

And BTW, I change my pillowcases obsessively and rarely wear makeup anyway so don't come for me about that.

Too bad the fucking blisters from wringing all that shit out weren't gone too, lmao.
