Re: the Pete Burns video, I don't know why he had all the surgeries, because he started out looking like a beautiful woman anyway. There was little he needed to do to accentuate those features to begin with... a little makeup here and there and it would have been perfect. Most likely just another example of someone's adulthood being ruined by their childhood trauma. God only knows what happened to him as a kid. Whatever it was must have been so bad that he later sought to dissociate himself from his former physical identity entirely so that he could put distance between himself and the version of himself that was abused.
