The mold that grows on dirt

It smells like Spinach but it isn't.
Where does it come from?
I've shoveled bog in Ireland and there you could eat it.
Here it looks like bright green Spirulina but it smells moldy.

Yeah that's my issue with fresh spinach although it's perfect in a salad with strawberries and a nice raspberry vinaigrette...

You get that moldy taste from it every now and then. But kale is by far the worst offender of them all.

It's freakin' turtle food. Not that there's anything wrong with that. But yeah, leave it to the turtles.

I like my spinach frozen or canned... love the stuff, I eat it every day.

Frozen or canned isn't the point.
If its fresh it needs to be boiled and the water turfed out.
Cos frozen would be just chopped and fresh. Canned could be cooked.
Cos spinach has its own iron inhibitor.
But what im talking about that's growing its like the start of clover leaf.
But it isn't real Spinach and could make me trip balls cos it has the Psilocybin in it.
