Other chocolate < 90% cacao.
I wanted 95% but there was only 90% and I was like CLOSE ENOUGH?!
Oh wow it's good...

Can't remember the last time I had any, but man...
I don't really even like chocolate, but this kind of makes me realize that milk chocolate is sort of a joke compared to actual real chocolate, no offense.
Milk chocolate IS "real" chocolate, but it's...
It's like McDonalds vs. Ruth's Chris or Jeff Ruby's.
Yeah that is fine darling but… hersheys with almonds is what we are taking on the road trip to visit the unibomber in Colorado

I mean, I'm not too good to eat a Hershey's with you.

I tried 72% dark chocolate once and it was just too bitter. Dr. Oetker brand.
The 54% was perfect though.

In my experience, it's kind of surprising that the higher the percentage, the less bitter it gets.
Everybody's taste buds are tuned differently though.

I actually view cacao a little like medicine...
I think when there's something in it that your body needs, it tastes different (better) to you.
Same with supplementing iron...
I find that when I am in need of iron, the nasty metallic sorta taste of the supplement is weirdly enjoyable.
When it's totally offensive, it's my belief that you are good on iron.
That's just an example off the top of my head.

I got Sam's Choice brand from WalMart... it's probably like a dollar cheaper than the uppity brands.
I am hardcore team WalMart brand when it comes to EVERYTHING... if their brand is available, I'll choose it above all else.

Hershey's chocolate has that aftertaste on purpose. The founder wanted people to "taste the cow."
I've never licked a cow either. It ain't high on my bucket list.

That's me. There's only very few things I'll get brand named. Wolf brand chili being one.
Walmart chili just doesn't work for me. Tried it, couldn't do it.

I've never tried their chili! Let me go check out the can.
Oh scratch that, I actually have had it.
Wasn't the best for sure, but I had some from Kroger one time that was ACTUALLY bad.
Takes a lot for me to say that... can't lie.

Walmart's store brand corned beef hash has been rated highly. I'm not a fan. I prefer to make ground beef and diced potatoes.

I have a few cans of I think it's called Mary's - corned beef hash - and I like it once
in a while but it's pretty high in sodium, for what it is. And the Mary's brand - or whatever
brand it is I've got - was the lowest sodium content I could find at the time of purchase.
Also, I'm with ya on the ground beef & taters. Little onion, green pepper, good stuff.

Their store brand is Great Value. I think they're all pretty salty.
I put a lot of onions in my homemade hash, and usually some country gravy.
It's sort of like what they called shit on a shingle in WWI and WWII. That was a canned chipped beef, also very salty, mixed with gravy and served over toast.

"CACAO" also sounds like one of the visual effects that would appear when Batman hit someone.
