Bend over and stare yourself in the crotch and then start talking to yourself...

Huh
Seriously, it's weird.

It's like the perspective of yourself changes totally and it feels like you're somebody else.

Try it.

This is like moving your consciousness from one chakra to another, yes?

Maybe so.

Very interesting.

Just happened upon the perspective while I was brushing my hair.

I seriously think that I've experienced this once. But I can't quite remember.

It's worth doing even if it sounds/looks stupid...

If you're alone, who cares!

I dunno what the heck I was watching man...

But it wasn't that long ago either.

It was something about ancient lore regarding fairies...

Apparently fairies were bad entities, and would kidnap you to other realms...

One of the ways to escape and return to your home realm was to look backward between your legs.

When I heard this, I thought it just sounded dumb and unbelievably random.

After what I experienced today, I think there may be something to it.

Who would've thought?

Yogis are said to experience their consciousness as being located in their hearts rather than their heads.

Wow, that's cool. I don't know much about the Chakra's. I do like Eastern philosophy and Hinduism stuff.

Yup...

It waits for no one.

The monks/nuns he's always using as an example live to be so old because they don't get their heart rate up with nonsense shit.

When they get their heart rates up, it's by doing physical tasks, not by emotional upset or negative thinking/reaction, and that's what makes the difference...

There's a body of lore, whether or not specifically involving fairies, about ending up in a comfortable place and being seduced by the inhabitants into staying and staying instead of completing one's mission. The protagonist usually ends up staying a long time before he snaps out of it and remembers what he's supposed to be doing.

The takeaway is always the same: remember yourself.

Somewhat like a temptress. But yeah, I have heard of fairies tricking people in lore.

It's not necessarily trickery or malevolent intent. They always have some rationale for why you should stay "just one more day." Then the same thing again that night. It's usually useless distractions that seem important at the time.

Yeah, that makes more sense.
