Frankie's wrong though, the tattoo ink doesn't just stay in the skin... but whatever.
The body is constantly attempting removal of the ink and repair of the surrounding tissue.
If we lived long enough, all tattoos would eventually disappear.
We just don't live long enough for the body to deal with it.

Frankie's a good example of somebody who started out pretty good looking, went and got procedures he didn't need because he was insecure, and now he can't find balance again.
That is what almost always happens to people who go the needless cosmetic surgery route.
He DID have lil titties though, so I'm gonna say that's the only procedure he had that I can understand the reasoning behind.

He needs to get a mean beast head in the middle like a lion or a tiger or some shit...
Apparently literally no tattoo artist on the planet can make an eagle tattoo actually look good.

As far as Cali goes, I think it gets a bad rap in some ways...
It's kind of like hating the entirety of Tennessee just because Memphis is there.
There are some really unfortunate things going down in Cali's cities, but outside of the cities, I'm sure it's just a bunch of regular folk who wish the government would stop trying to fuck everything up.
It's a beautiful state and it's really so sad that some of the cities have fallen, because they definitely have... and it's the government's fault.

I think Cali was a test zone for what they want to do to the whole country and I'm sure the elections have been rigged there for several decades now. The natives of the state probably dislike the direction things have gone in... but what if they love it because it's their home? What're ya gonna do? The whole country is headed that way. Seems like you just gotta hope you can live out your time on this rock without being bothered too much. That's about it.

First time I went out to Cali and realized it has its own fucking border... I knew it was a totally controlled zone.
Nobody wants that... but they did nothing and stood down, and it got done to them.
The whole of the USA will soon be in the same boat, no one will do anything... they'll just get in line, take orders, and sell you out.

Yeah, they kinda stopped a lot of the old welfare benifits in Cali, and things got real bad. Now, they moved in with all of the Medicaire /Medicaid to take the place of welfare, and everyone uses that. But yeah the in between was real rough in Cali. But now everyone is getting back into the system.
