Finally, Les Stroud is putting out some good content again. I think this is what he has been building up to on his channel. He did put out a third season of Survivorman on his channel, and other networks, but nothing good since then.

Les Stroud had a feud with Bear Grylls. He always states that Bear copied him when he made his series. He loves to take shots at Bear Grylls on his channel. It is great.

It makes sense that there would be some type of rivalry between them...
But if I had to choose one, I'd be choosing Bear. I don't think he's a faker... I think Les is either jelly of him for some reason, or it's a fake feud.

Yeah it likely was a fake feud, you're right. It seems like the network (Discovery) was actually the ones propagating it. Yeah, Les Stroud says it in a really joking, and peculiar way, like he is reading from a script. That's exactly what I though too, when he brings it up.

I think that it was a made up feud by Discovery. But les actually does enjoy taking shots at Bear Grylls, and really went with it. LOL.

I just read both Les and Bear's astrology/birth charts and they're ridiculously similar...
The only real difference is that Les's chart sorta suggests he's kind of an asshole, but he's still 100% legit as an outdoorsy kind of person whose success hinges around such endeavors... Bear's chart suggests he's sort of full of himself, but not really combative or an asshole per se. He also has a lot of indicators of the outdoorsy life path in his chart. So they're both legit, but Les's chart definitely suggests if there's an ego conflict, it's coming from him for sure.

Yeah that is spot on, for sure. Les think that he is like "Mr. Bushcraft guy". When there are like thousands of people that did it before him.

Nomadic Fanatic is actually in Show Low, which is in the next county over (Navajo County). He said that he was in Apache County, but he's not. I could tell that he was by Show Low because he's got the volcanic soil, which only Flagstaff and Show Low have around here. I go shopping in Show Low, it is the biggest town around NE Arizona.

Actually, I'm not sure. He's going back and forth from his property to his friend's place in the new video. So maybe it's only his friend that is in Show Low.

If it's still early enough in your homesteading journey, you should document it on YouTube or at least just for yourself on video Dan.
You're pretty young, you'll be happy to look back on your life when you're old and see the stuff you did. |
