Wobble boards are sooo fun...

I have one like this...

I think I prefer the round ones to the actual board ones with the cylinder thingy...

Never tried one of those before, I might someday.

But yeah, I'd recommend these things to anybody.

They are an absolute blast to use.

It's one of those "the floor is lava" situations where you make sure never to let the sides touch the floor!

It's very fun to stand on and do lots of different movements, and what I love about it the most is the fact that you can spin it around because of the way the bottom is made.

I love spinning it around, striking different poses.

Guys you gotta get one if you don't have one, they're inexpensive and loads of fun.

I love standing on it at the computer, lol.

Ahahaha...

Oh my gosh.

It's the lil things in life that really give you the most enjoyment.

You don't have to "move" around on it necessarily, you can just stand in place and simply make sure the sides don't touch the floor.

It doesn't require you to dance around on it and act like a crazy person, but you TOTALLY CAN if you want.

Oh nah, you definitely wouldn't. It is very easy. It's really about the subtle workings of the muscles and tissue connections you never really notice in everyday movement and stuff. It's fascinating actually. You work things that you never knew were there, but it's gentle, it's not strenuous or anything. They recommend using it barefoot, and I do sometimes because it works different parts... but usually I prefer wearing shoes with it.

So many wonderful ways you can use it.

I love it very much.

It's a wonderful tool for all ages, but I think especially older folk can benefit, as balance becomes more important than ever with increasing age.

This is actually the exact board I have...

"Give a Damn" lol, I love it.

Too bad Give a Damn Initiative doesn't appear to be doing anything with their brand anymore, it was a brilliant name and very motivating.

The motivating slogan concept for workout gear has gotta be a goldmine.

I was thinking C-3PO's line "Never trust a strange computer" would be a perfect slogan for the open source movement.
