Old people shouldn't be allowed to use the internet... thoughts?

I agree you should do this from young to avoid destroying your joints many people in the FB groups on shoulder surgery are like 36 and need full reconstructions.
And they never even worked in construction just from sports. My son won't listen when I tell him this he will ache.
If you are going to do extreme things you need to warm up and stretch.

There shouldn't be any Boomer goths anyway, considering they were born between 1945 and 1965. Maybe a handful of cusp goths, but no practicing Boomer goths.

I'll give Robert Smith and Siouxsie a pass since they kinda started the whole thing. But the rest of them were too old.

I've GOT IT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

We need "personal trainers" for elderly people.

They should be paid for by the guhvment when social security age comes.

Personal trainer comes 2-4 times per week and teaches elderly people how to get up off the floor.

Or say for example...

Get 'em on a wobble board.

It's PERFECT for old people.

If it's a younger old person who is showing approved ability, they can come 2 times per week.

If it's an old person who is in "out of shape" territory, 4 times per week.

If an elderly person can show they're able to move properly, then maybe the personal trainer only does bi-monthly check-ins to make sure the elderly person is still maintaining a healthy weight and moving properly.

It's sad how little America cares for its old people. Especially if they worked all their lives for social security. It's not right.

One example of high intensity interval exercise could be running along a cliff and shoving folks who are playing the balance game on wobble boards.
