What he did was truly disgusting. People on Patreon have pointed out a number of alternatives he could have taken to get her off his property... many which would have probably still landed her in jail, but at least it wouldn't have been on some FBI shit.
Johnny really fucked Morgan over. He really did.
We all knew it was gonna go all wrong, but I didn't figure it'd be this severe.
I did kinda figure police would get called on her at some point, but this particular jail situation is way worse than it would normally be.

Yeah that's what I'm reading all over the place, not just in Morgan related circles.
But I can't figure out why that is, based on the info I've found.
I dunno if it's just because it's solitary, or if it's something worse.
A lot of people are saying that as long as she's in that unit, she can't receive any commissary funding and there are other restrictions on her...
Maybe even ones based in communication.

Communicative restrictions are extremely bothersome, for anyone but... especially for Morgan, since I think Johnny owes her a word. And there are a ton of other people trying get messages to her as well... dunno about the quality of those communications, lol. But having to submit ID, a current face photo, and pay to send her communications is going to separate the half-hearted from the truly devoted. Hopefully anyone who gets through will have actual legal advice for her.

If she'd really made $40k in a single month on YT in her past...
She should have put as much as possible aside every payment for some shit exactly like this.
This is the only real solution for her, because running off to Alaska will just end badly too, and then where can she go from there?
Pretty sure she's even talked about going to Mexico.
So, no offense but... I don't think blocking yourself off from large parts of the country and only being able to seek asylum in shitholes is a good approach.
These outlaw types are real charismatic and all, but they are seriously lacking in super detrimental ways.

From what I remember David saying, that whole "get her the help she needs" and institutionalization if her case is handled by the FBI...
A clearer picture of what's happened here starts to come into focus.
It sounds like at some point, it's possible that Johnny had David in his ear and they schemed together to determine what kind of charges would put Morgan in rehab or a facility long-term.
At this point, I'm really wondering just how deep the rabbit hole goes.
Did Johnny make a decision that he truly had no business making, and determined that Morgan's mentally ill and would be better off forced into a facility?
Cuz I've been watching her shenanigans for a while now, and I gotta be honest with you...

But does that mean that she needs to get FORCED into "help" so she doesn't destroy her life anymore?

Unfortunately, Morgan willingly met Johnny, even though she probably knew it was dumb. It was ultimately her fuck up that landed her in this situation...
Bizarrely, these were the consequences (severe ones) and the next time she becomes a free citizen, I highly recommend she changes her life in a serious way.

Sure, her life was a clusterfuck and she was on the run and all this kinda stuff... but it's not THAT bad.
She has a right to experience the type of life she wants, and if she wants to be a dumbass and an outlaw, say fuck you to the system, then she should be allowed to.
She came across a man who she gave way too much power, and that was her downfall in the situation.
This will be the worst shit she's ever encountered, way worse than owing the IRS $300k, there I said it.
Liens, whatever. Being put behind bars by some douchebag asshole? WAAAY offensive. Way, way offensive.
And I don't even feel like I'm downplaying her past situations at all by saying this, yeah she's been in some wank situations before.
But this is way worse than any of the other crap, because Johnny wasn't some stranger she got in a fight with at the bar, he was someone she thought she could trust.

I wouldn't be shocked if she was bad with savings accounts. It seemed like she'd been going broke lately, I figured that's why she resorted to the Johnny gambit. Hopefully someone else in her army has Johnny size pockets and is as dumb
And yeah that David fucker is a menace, I wouldn't put anything past him.

What a crazy turn of events and total blessing it would be if Morgan was scot-free on this and really could get the hell out of there and never look back on this horrible chapter of her life??
