Since cacao is made from the beans of a fruit, Chocolate is a fruit and a nut.

Some people need those expensive chocolates to be satisfied, but the cheap off the shelf chocolate is all I need.
Coffee beans are also a fruit and nut.

I agree with this. Apart from maybe certain "cheap" ingredients that are in standard chocolate, I don't think there's a difference. I think it's really just marketing/packaging that makes "expensive" chocolate sell. Maybe I'm wrong though, I'm not an expert.

The more expensive chocolate and other items could be more refined because of manufacturing techniques.
Chocolate, cane sugar and other "exotic" goods from centuries ago were just stuck in a ship's cargo hold and shipped across the ocean for months back to Europe where the traders sold them to the people who were capable of affording them.
The food items and other manufactured goods we have today are a higher quality to what they had back then, not including the advanced electronics.
Also, the people back then would be amazed by modern food preservation and refridgeration.

Since chocolate is made from the seeds of the cocoa pod, it has all the building blocks of the cocoa tree in it.

LOL. Was "Tang" based on tangerines?
Maybe, that's why it doesn't taste like oranges.

To make alien landscapes for models they used aquarium fixtures, that's why they still use giant coral and seaweed for alien backdrops.

I dunno that it counts as an epiphany, but I'm just thinking...
If we have a life review when we die, like you hear the NDE people talking about how they went to the "Hall of Records" etc. and looked through every life moment from every perspective and understood it before moving on...
Then what is the point of trying to understand life WHILE we're alive?
What's the point of trying to figure out the meaning behind things that happen to us?
Does it help the process along at the end of our lives when we're looking through our experiences??
I can't imagine it does, because human perspective/perception is so limited.
It seems like trying to find meaning is something innate, seems to come naturally...
Therefore it must be useful somehow.
But if we just sort through it all at the end and finally understand it, then wouldn't it be better to live life only for the sake of having as many experiences as possible and never spend any time actually thinking about them??
I dunno.
