I think we instinctively know this... how could we not?
I also think all the addictive chemicals in the food try to overwrite our natural inclinations. It causes a lot of confusion in the system. Is it any coincidence that money is green? Strive for this "nutrient" above all else, at the detriment of your health. Humanity is brainwashed and enslaved... as a whole.

yeah i am trying to eat lots and lots of root veggies , some food guru mentioned thats what we did for millions of years to survive so our digestive system is set up for that

Vegetables, particularly green ones, are the mainstay. Fruits are a special treat. But having them more often won't hurt things. Sweets (cakes, candy, etc) should almost never happen. And meat should be eaten a few times a week. I avoid chicken though... too many horror stories. Drinking is where problems come in for me though. We should only be drinking water and tea. I think milk would be fine if it was unpasteurized, but the way it is now is pretty bad... I don't drink much of it. Coffee is what really gets me. I love it. I don't drink it every day anymore. And I am guilty of drinking soda as well, but I only drink the ones with real sugar in the glass bottles. That's along the same line as sweets, and it should just basically never happen. |
