It looks like she inflicted the wounds on herself with her left hand. Wonder if she's left handed. She cut herself in places she didn't care all that much about. Except for the neck, and she only did that because it looked serious and was an easy place to get to. You can tell it was self-inflicted because she came at it from the side and you can tell by the weird curve in it that was the first place she cut and she was shocked right at the beginning by the sensation.

16:25 she wrote a suicide note to her kids in her diary, showing she was thinking of death in at least some regard, and was considering her children in the equation in some regard as well. She mentioned that they shouldn't think it was 'their fault'. She wanted to exonerate them of blame. Sounds like she wimped out of killing herself, and instead decided to exonerate the kids from life. It makes sense that she would decide to remove them from the equation in this 'roles reversed' plan she came up with. In her own twisted way, it was exonerating them from blame in her own life.

Her husband also said their business was fine, and then it was revealed that they were totally broke. I believe he colluded with her.

33:06 is the 'silly string' video where she looks super happy 8 days after the murders, spraying silly string on her would-be 7 year old son's grave. She was braless under that shirt, showing off her 36DDD breast implants and looked very happy. If any normal person's little sons had been brutally murdered, they would be totally incapacitated a mere week later. And again, I'll point out her lame injuries, like her neck, already healing up totally fine when her kids were attacked with such force. She wanted to make sure with that injury that she didn't hurt herself too bad.

That link has testimony from a friend who says that Darlie had already planned on a trip to Europe and was going to get plastic surgery to reduce the scar on her neck. So she even inflicted the wound with this in mind. The link also says that her husband failed a polygraph test. He had also been planning to hire someone to STAGE A BURGLARY so he could get INSURANCE MONEY.

41:21 that dream she describes about the kids... took place in her grandparents' house, symbolizing a time and setting of innocence on her part. She emphasizes that the boys looked "perfect" further giving away how obsessed she is with appearance, especially at the mention of their hair. She singles out the one kid who came over to her, and that is likely the one she killed first. Then she goes through a bunch of questions to him that would speak to her story of innocence... she says that he never replied at all and only smiled, indicating that he was ignoring her blatantly false and leading claims of innocence. This indicates a guilty conscience, but also a psychotic and deeply demented mind... truly disturbed even at the subconscious level. He never responded to any of her questions because they were all based on the false premise of her innocence.
