I think it's mostly due to light... full moon light is a different kind of light than sunlight, it feels a lot different. It feels like it's shining right through things with some sort of energy that's right outside visual perception.

that makes sense but what about the day time when its up & out those are the days i am a day person lol

Magnitude...

When the moon is visible in the daytime it's directly overpowered by the sun's output. Since it's still visible, some light is being filtered through it, but its effect is drowned out by the sun.

Moonlight is just filtered sunlight anyway... but when it's on its own, it's like a black light on in a dark room. When the sun is out and the moon is visible it's like a black light outlet/plug 'nightlight' in a fully lit room.
