A stark contrast to Obama cutting off NASA.

At least Trump has some ambition, there's little more Americana than going to the moon or something.

But we all know how I feel about space travel...

I won't rehash it on this thread.

Regardless, it's good to spark this interest in space again.

I can totally see the US and other countries having moon and mars bases and from there, sending out crews to mine asteroids and shit Big Grin Cool stuff if it happens.

He'd better staff that moon base with hot female Russian cosmonauts in cat suits, or it ain't gonna fly.

Mars will literally sandblast the living shit out of anything we send there. Imagine billions of tiny particles of glass being driven by 100 MPH winds.

Then there's the question of how the surface of Mars was sculpted in the first place. This video makes a convincing case for massive electrical arcs gouging out the canyons and pockmarks. If that's true, how often does it happen? Will it happen again while humans are there?

Yup. I'm with that guy.

Sexcellent video.

Why can't more people be like that guy?

He's clearly smart, which automatically makes him 100 times more attractive than he even actually is.

But if you look at him, you can just tell he has common sense.

I kinda wanna bang.

11:48 LOL.

Yeah but they also say that the Grand Canyon was formed from such an event too. And if Earth wasn't covered with the fuzzy green stuff and water, it would look even more fucked up than Mars.

Who says that? Most people think the Grand Canyon was cut by running water.
