extraordinarily limited based on what my body tolerates.
rice is a staple, black and red beans assuming they haven't been mixed with crap. raw fruits. hemp seeds. nuts at times, though cashews aren't technically nuts. i do well with most organic gluten free products these days, of which there is a far greater variety. i found a good gluten free pizza crust that is both delicious, nutritious, and gives me no issues. i put sun dried tomato pesto on them with daiya brand non-cheese cheese lol. that stuff is amazing when heated and melted, but you can't eat it out of the package like regular cheese. some chinese food is generally ok, but varies by location and preperation. i find myself getting more and more sensitive to processed meats so i'm damn near vegan at this point. bragg's makes some great stuff i enjoy like the essential aminos and nutritional yeast. eggs are great but not very filling. quinoa is great but i can't seem to eat it regularly like i can rice. still meaning to get a proper clay crock pot to cook rice, quinoa, and beans at the same time.
it was not easy escaping the grip of the highly addictive and poisonous food-like products that fill the shelves and fast food joints, but it's made me feel far better than i used to. i'm nearly impossible to eat with though, at least with normies.

Thanks for sharing this, Genba. I eat a lot of rice. I get the wild rice. Beans and rice is an excellent meal, throw in some lettuce, tomatoes, avocado. Sprinkle some parsley and oregano over that shit. Amazeballs.

hemp seeds and beans give me plenty of fiber for the most part. the interesting part is once you remove all the over processed garbage from your diet, you don't even need that much fiber to flush things out of your system. fruit fiber is decent for that too.
i gauge bean quality based on subsequent flatulence. bush's black beans pass the test better than the red beans.
happy to share my experiences... don't mean to freak anyone out, but there are some serious issues with our food supply these days. for years i have and shall continue to maintain that step one of `awakening` or helping anyone starts with the diet. as the adage goes, garbage in - garbage out.

Eggs, milk, and beans do that to me,certain breads make me tired. Rice is also a staple food for me, I like my steaks and chicken. Potatoes and cheeses I love you. I don't eat enough fruits, veggies, and fish.

actually i poop less now than i used to. more actual nutrition to absorb and less waste to pass. i had suspected for years that a large amount of what i was consuming was just passin on through. seems i was right. i make sure not to overdo it with fiber. that's not a good time.
