If she's had those breast implants since the 90s then it could make sense that they look they way they do now.
Although I've seen a couple of women with real tits as big as that, so it's not like it's impossible...
But I wouldn't put it past Kelli to have breast implants yet actually go around talking about REMOVING spiritual "implants" from people on a daily basis (figurative much?) and warning of the dangers of fake stuff...
If she's had them for decades she probably considers them part of herself at this point.
