The WHO basically said that there's no need to restrict international travel/trade whilst "winking and nodding" to various high level people watching who have the ability to do just that...
They're going to set up all the necessary measures to restrict international travel/trade and will start implementing it on an individual basis...
Then probably within days, most likely no longer than a week, WHO will come out again and say, "Ok, now."
That's what I figure.
They gave the go-ahead for everyone to start implementing it on their own time starting now because they don't wanna be responsible and quoted for shutting down the world and therefore causing global economic collapse.
Those in authority over restricting things throughout the world's countries and locales will start restricting heavily now.
No one institution wants to take the blame for the secondary disaster this screeching halt will cause, and I don't really blame 'em.
That's why I point the finger at any major MSM outlet telling people not to "worry" about 2019-nCoV and instead divert attention to the flu red herring.
I guess they may not care about their business/publication surviving...
The anger of the masses is slowly beginning to intensify, starting with the more smart and news savvy among the sheeple.
They will demand restrictions, and their governments local and otherwise will start putting those restrictions in place before people get too much of a chance to become destructive.
