There's no denying what it is...
It's definitely centered around containment of infectious diseases.
Seems like they're trying to help the people.
Seems rather sad to me.
I just don't think they'd do this for no reason.
Why would they do this if they didn't truly think they needed it?
I think they know there's good cause for this place.
