Think about it...
What a perfect situation for them.
What a flawless excuse that they can use to make anybody they don't like disappear.
Just point the finger at them, say they're infected, and no one will try to stop you from hauling them off.
Family members may put up a fight, but if they do they'll just get hauled off too.
They were disappearing whole families in China...
Oh but it could never happen here...
