Late to the party, but I'll chip in two cents on this.

Right? According to the video title, it was supposed to be about Nashville food (with David in parentheses, as though he were an afterthought).

But the first 9 minutes of the video were her sitting in her car running her mouth. I had to skip ahead.

When Katie tells Dave, "We're having steak," what she's really saying is, "You're buying me a steak dinner." We know this because Dave would rather have a salad than blow a wad of cash on a steak joint. I don't blame him. You can't leave a steak joint without spending at least $60, even with a $25 off coupon.

Katie says she has mental health problems, but then always follows it up by saying she's never "shared her diagnoses" and she never gives any clarity about it.

I clicked on one of her Instagram pics at random, and sure enough she mentions her non-specific mental health problems right off the bat. It didn't seem to be related to the pic, a generic selfie, in any way.

What do I see here? I see that Dave discovered Katie's videos, probably developed a crush on her....

Dave is what we commonly refer to as a "simp." A simp is a guy who follows an e-girl, even if her content is boring as fuck, hoping for a chance at a relationship with her. Except Dave is semi-famous, at least in Nashville, so he actually did get into some kind of a relationship with her.

So she played up their connection as much as she possibly could, ultimately publicly deeming Dave her "best" friend.

Aaaaand there we have it. Friend-zoned. Yep, definitely a simp.

That's as far as I got in this thread. Katie is a thot, and as such I have no use for her.
