She wasn't getting the attention she wanted as Lizzy Grant, AKA herself. So she decided to sellout and let somebody invent big fake lipped Lana. Shaved off some of her nose too.

There isn't a single song with her alone listed as the writer. I bet she doesn't contribute shit to the lyrical process. I mean there are two other (male) writers on the song entitled "This Is What Makes Us Girls". Oh yeah. It really makes sense for two dudes to contribute lyrically to a song about what makes girls who they are.
