True, and it's definitely an effective catalyst for change...
BUT...
It presents a marked complication to issues which can already be tough to deal with...
Like finding accommodations after you leave your partner/spouse, money entanglement messes, and let's not even start on the damn kids. And pets.
People will not only be finding out their relationship has to end, but they'll be having to sit with it for a while, battle extra hard to get out, and probably have a lot of time in some tough feelings to really drive the point home for 'em.
