Whew, I'm so glad it's finally done!
Hopefully now I can get back to normal sleep hours!
If our planet were to one day fall to the silent invasion and bloody
conquest of an unknown force of foreign origin. “This Earth It Shall Burn”
tells that story.
Unfolding in a not-so-distant future setting, our world is taken over
and forever changed by an invisible enemy. They had been watching
us for millennia. Their contempt and disgust had been fueled by our
boundless inhumanity. The unfailing infliction of tragedy and catastrophe
upon our planet and fellow man. Our species had become unruly, spiteful
children. This was to be our new Parenting.
Once the battle engaged, we were great in number. This was used
against us. Famine, disease and war, however, was not enough to
remove our distasteful presence from this world. It was then that they
turned us against one another. This was by far the most effective
strategy in our complete and eternal demise.
This album was written and recorded between
