Those are fans to cool your gpu down which is why they sound louder when your doing graphics intense
operations; the calculator (graphics processing unit) is more efficient when it's not cooking it's own transistors.
maybe we can talk later about your specs. There are a LOT of really great cards out there still from 3 generations ago but
they do have a lifespan.
I bet your an nvidea girl. Anyway, yeah...those are for your graphics card so it doesn't heat your home, and they definitely can
in some of the setups I've seen if they weren't properly cooled. They work hard for you baby, so you better treat it right. lol
