Stephi's story is kind of fascinating...
Like some kind of miracle...
They come out with a medication that actually increases the life expectancy of people with CF...
Just when she needed it most.
Life is but a dream...
You never truly know what is going to happen.
Who knows what kind of twists and turns it'll all take but...
It's all just an illusion, and nothing is truly set in stone.
God bless Stephi and everyone else with CF and I hope this medication will continue to work, be improved upon, not have any bad consequences longterm, and that eventually the whole thing just won't be a problem anymore.
5:50 I like the way Stephi looks now, I think she looks much better with more weight on her frame. She is just coming up to the levels she naturally would have been at anyway.
6:40 she does touch on the bad side effects of the drug... Trikafta. This is what I mean about hoping that there's nothing too bad that happens long term as a result of taking it.
She says bloating, dull stomach pain, brain fog, and some heightened anxiety seem to be side effects at least for her.
I hope she lives life to the fullest while she has this new lease...
But that may not look like it's looked for her in the past, traveling everywhere etc. It may be different than she expected it to be.
Sometimes doing things you've never done before, in the case of people like Stephi, comes in the form of NOT jetsetting all over the world...
For most people it's kinda the opposite, but for Stephi, it's different.
I just hope she does whatever she's called to do right now and that it's new and different from anything she's already experienced, in all the greatest ways.
