I just blew it out with an industrial sized air compressor.

I was surprised how dusty it really was...

Couldn't tell by looking at it alone, though there was a fine blanket of dust all over the inside.

But that really needed to be done and the whole thing just makes me wish I understood more about the actual hardware aspect of computers.
