I was thinking mainly of the US.
Louisiana has a huge black population. I haven't seen any evidence of black people harboring resentment against white people in general in the Shreveport area, and it was a major Confederate stronghold during the Civil War.
These things only happen in liberal strongholds where Marxists ply their divisive intersectionalist rhetoric. They know it wouldn't fly here. The people won't buy it.
