He said most of his teeth in the bottom front are dead... hanging on by a thread just like the tooth up top was. One of his top teeth is already a fake tooth anyway. Old dead teeth like that can't just be pulled and replaced with implants. They can be pulled and NOT REPLACED, or they can be replaced with a bridge, or dentures. Those are the only options. Implants are only possible as long as the bone underneath is still strong enough. And implants, I don't care whether you're in fucking Mexico or not, they're gonna COST YOU. It'd take his ENTIRE ALASKA PAYCHECK (which no one has even agreed to give him yet) to fix those teeth.
