Just an example of the height of human ignorance and the atrocities of the medical industrial complex.
I was told, years ago, that my tonsils [adenoid tissue] were HUGE, overgrown.
Apparently, some people's tonsils never stop growing, or keep growing well into
adulthood. Like mine. It was for a Dr's appt. at the hospital for something
totally else but they felt it was important enough to mention.
They asked if I would like them removed. It's usually not advised, especially since
I was already an adult, but they say it's an approved procedure in cases like mine.
So I said "Sure, what would that entail?" And she starts rattling off the info, and the
side-effects of such a procedure. I was good right up until she said bleeding...
FROM THE EYES!!!! Uh, what the what?? Exactly how LONG would I be bleeding from
the eyes here lady? She said sporadically until they were fully healed, maybe months.
Yeeaaah, I still have 'em. lol
