There appears to be more than one female present though.
At the bottom of the screencap there is a row of still pics.
Dunno what's up with that...
But in a couple of the still pics there appears to be another female.
Whoever this dark haired female is doesn't appear to be in any distress, so this is not one of the alleged videos that shows torture.
While yes, the still pics are extremely small and blurry, these photos really just don't look like an adult to me.
The main screencap is a censored photo of Hunter having sex with this person, and the still pics along the bottom are of the female from the neck up.
