from what i've gathered so far, this is what's gone down.
they've been cheating at shit for decades. everyone knows this, especially the NSA and the military. they own the internet. there has been an acceptable level of personal grift, as it helps keep people under control, but some groups formed and went beyond that. bush/clinton/obama cabal. CIA centered. obama is said to have pardoned all the actions that cabal had been taking, or wrapped it under official authority of an agency. not really possible to punish them for documented crimes, though it is all documented.
they could have just taken their stolen money and resources and lived their lives. not much would have been able to have been done about it. instead of being patient and wise, they were still greedy and impatient. they had enough operatives and machines in place. those had not been cleared out for some reason. we know the reason now.
they redid all the crimes they've been doing, and they also happened to be the same crimes they were pissing and moaning about trump allegedly doing the past 4 years. they were cut slack, but chose to hang themselves with it.
