I just caught the end of the broadcast and he was basically saying that he flew back from Cali to TX to keep an appointment/meeting he had with some chick who ultimately didn't show because she was "sick"...
Sounds like a social worker type situation or something, but who knows.
The government workers looove using the covain't as an excuse to bail on work.
