This is one of the greatest depictions of what might happen in the afterlife that I've ever encountered. I found it both stimulating and ultimately existentially disturbing, but not without a sense of awe and appreciation. Assuming any of this is accurate, I think the "melting down" period (aka 'hell') is probably why we're all so fiercely terrified of dying. Fuck...
This episode has sat with me for hours... I can feel my subconscious grappling with it, and it's making me more greatly appreciate my time in this iteration of walking the earth, or being alive as a physical being, and the connections I have, and how much certain people truly mean to me.
