I recommend doing the supernova.
It's where you put your hands together (palms together, fingers together) in the prayer position, but hold them in front of your solar plexus...
Then close your eyes, imagine yourself as a star with a sheddable outer layer that is kind of like a snake and sheds its skin...
Take a deep breath, press your palms/fingers together...
Exhale while you imagine the outer layer blowing in all directions like supernova, everything bathed in a total inescapable cleansing white hot light, blasting away from you and deep into space.
That's it! Repeat as needed.
