Yep, they sure do...
I figured this out a week ago or so with my old phone.
They are looking at all your photos, searching them for words, etc. so they can target ads at you and all other types of content...
It's gone way beyond ads at this point.
But yes it is completely true, seen it myself.
It's not just Apple, it's all of 'em.
It's really Google.
