So here is how to eat Tuna.
Get your bowls ready, 2 ceramic bowls, 1 mixing bowl, I colander.
Get your chicken ramen and your spicey ramen out.
Clean your boiling pot and put the noodles in there dry.
Take the seasoning packs and use scissors to cut the tops off and lean then against the kitchen tiles.
If the oil one is hard run it under hot water first to get it liquid.
Put half a kilo of frozen veges in the microwave 12 mins.
Get Tuna in water drain in sink with anti bacterial spray cos fish can stink.
Once Tuna drained enough put in mixing bowl.
Spray with canola cooking spray and add, pinch salt, pepper, curry powder, soy sauce, minced or fresh Garlic and Ginger.
Mash the fuck out of the Tuna while veges is cooking.
Now you putting cold water into the noodles and putting it on high heat while veges is cooking in microwave.
This should time perfectly takes 15 minutes little mess tasty meal.
Put the chicken season from the 1 pack of noodles into the Tuna and smash it to fuck.
When veges out spray with canola cooking spray, then add same things as Tuna.
Then 2 mins in microwave then chop with knife and fork the huge veges to make them smaller.
Mix veges up.
Put veges in microwave ready for noodles.
When noodles done hit the lights on the microwave we want hot veg 3 mins.
Then put the noodles in colander to drain and chop up with razor knife and fork to make smaller not long.
You should have a bowl of spicy tuna, once noodles chopped warm veges straight into bowl with packet onions.
Then noodles on top then add the spicy seasonings like sesame oil etc whatever your noodle come with.
Then mix it all up very well, then put into 2 bowls.
If not want to eat now wrap at least one with cling wrap put in fridge. Or both.
You can do this with chicken breast from frozen, just more chopping it up on plate have to cook and watch on 3 mins.
You mix all this together and have healthy cheap quick food for the day.
This takes me 15 minutes.
