Everything was packed in black luggage (backpacks, handbags, laptop bags, black lockboxes, all types of black bags in various sizes) and everything inside them was packed in ziplock bags (of varying sizes)...
I realized by the way everything was laid out in my room that there was an underlying method to the arrangement.
Everything looked as if I was just passing through... like I was in a hotel room.
Then I looked at what I was wearing (which is pretty much what I'm wearing right now, but this was years ago) and I realized...
I essentially wear a uniform every single day.
I realized at that moment what I'd known deep down for years, which is that I'm a universal free agent...
Don't work for an entity or a conglomerate...
