Each sign is an expression of a certain energy and it doesn't really matter about the positions in the sky anymore.
I would argue that it kinda never did, but then again, I am not a pro astrologer, just a hobbyist.
That said, it's normal for men to reject airy-fairy shit like star signs, I don't fault 'em for that.

i only reject star signs when they reject me.
if we look at the stars as if each star was a fibre optic cable pointed down at us,
its very rational in my opinion to assume that these cables maybe able to insert information into us.
some think that it's at our birth, that this information is added...
however, i think it's at our first moment of self awareness, that we get star sign identity.
to which usually comes months after.
being that i remember my first moment of self awareness, (at ten months)
i calculate my real star sign to be.. get this SCOrPIO
