Yeah, thanks for the remind! I found that they came out good but next time I will pull
that temp down from 300'F to 275'F and reduce the cooking time from 2 hours to maybe
an hour and change. Maybe don't even bother flouring them, just sear 'em off a little and
finish in the gravy in the oven like normal. More chopped onions though next time.
