I was practicing Falun Gong in California years back. I found it to be a powerful practice.
I remember being in a town square one day with like 20 other people going through the movements together.
Awesome, of course, there were local redneck types honking and trying to disrupt what they did not understand.
That always seems to be the way these days.

It's fun to watch the old ladies do it though. They look so sweet and love the feminine, circular forms of tai chi, wing chun, qigong.
