i would argue the real change in kids starts with births in 2022 onward. they've been poisoning and altering the prenatal vitamins, and then poisoning the kids in vivo.
it is likely on the type of person who chose to not breed due to societal factors, who still took proper care of themselves and can produce strong offspring.
realm variables are also changing. as i hear it, the matterium is no longer going to be supportive of STS types and their rituals and sacrifices. that should strongly affect what type of soul can incarnate.
