I've seen it being popularized since I started doing it...
I guess it was like 3-4 months after I started brushing my brows up like every single day, I noticed the style was copied by a lot of chicks, most notably Grimes.
Then I noticed a clothing style that I had started wearing recently being copied by other chicks in 'entertainment media'...
In one pop singer chick's Instagram dancing practice vids, she was wearing the exact style I'd been wearing recently.
