I was relentless. I believed in the guy. It's a story we've heard a million times from people who voted for a politician who "wasn't just another politician". I don't regret voting for him and supporting him... but I am not gonna cling to a lie and act like he didn't betray us to the point that many of his devotees probably got a needle in their arm at his behest. "Read between the lines" they say. Yeah, well how about don't play fucking games, and just say what you MEAN so that people don't have to "read between the lines"... but no, that'd be too legitimate. That'd be too fearless.
