No, I completely understand that they are there to serve the public. Absolutely. They gotta deal with crazies. It's definitely part of their job. Not even saying Clif IS whackadoodle... but to normies, yeah, he would sound crazy.
I actually had a similar job many moons ago and I remember opening mail from legitimate total nutters. At least this shit is just emails and not paper mail, lmao! Yiiikes.
